Krystle Cobian

Krystle Cobian is a research analyst at the Higher Education Research Institute (HERI) and a PhD candidate in the Higher Education and Organizational Change program at UCLA. Her research interests include underrepresented racial/ethnic minorities in the sciences, STEM undergraduate education, STEM career pathways for women of color, and leadership development in higher education. Krystle earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Education Studies at UCLA, and a master’s degree in Student Development Administration at Seattle University.  She is currently serving as a member of the Operations Board for CDLS.
