Jeanne Holm is the Deputy Mayor for Finance and Innovation of the City of Los Angeles, addressing technology, equity, digital inclusion, fiscal accountability, and digital transformation of services. She was the evangelist for open data for the U.S. Government under President Obama and architect for Data.gov, the lead for the World Bank’s Africa open data initiative, and the Chief Knowledge Architect at NASA creating innovative systems to help scientists collaborate and to share NASA’s discoveries with the world. She serves as an advisor for the U.N. on data and astronautics, is a Trustee of Claremont Graduate University, and teaches at UCLA.
