Organizing Disadvantaged Communities for Success
The conference will bring together State officials who are responsible for administering local grant programs for disadvantaged communities.
The program will be organized in the areas of Energy, Air Quality, and Water Management Issues, specifically designed to educate our elected officials and city managers, public works, community development and grant administration staff, businesses, and community groups.
