California Center for Sustainable Communities at UCLA

Meet Our Team

Our mission at the CCSC is to provide assistance to California communities as they make the transition to greater urban sustainability on multiple fronts. Our leaders, researchers, collaborators, and support staff  work to provide insights, data, methods, models, case studies, research, tools and strategies to address challenges facing California communities today.

We serve as a resource for policy makers, stakeholders, environment advocates, journalists, and residents of the state.

Our work makes worthwhile reform possible in the areas of energy, water, and transportation management and it informs forward-thinking leadership within the state to make meaningful advances in California’s sustainability transition.
